David Thomas is a Construction Manager for LA County Beach and Harbors. He provides beach patrons with safe and sanitary beach facilities.
As a successful Construction Manager with LA County, David brings eleven years of experience to this position. He currently administers over $22 million dollars in county projects with a $1.6 million budget for maintenance and services. Prior to his position with LA County, he was a Construction Supervisor in the private sector.
